To Win Or To Fail: Tips For Successful Trading
Investing money entails a great amount of risk. Like they always say, “It takes money, to make money.”
Money doesn’t grow on trees, you know.
But it doesn’t necessarily mean that to achieve good profits, one has to invest heavily and risk greatly. That is not the case all the time. A well-informed investor can make sound decisions that will help him earn considerable profits with minimal loss.
The first lesson a successful businessman will tell you is that any endeavor carries potential risk along with potential gain. The trick is to determine if the profit is worth the risk. If it is, it is now time to consider if you are willing to take the risk.
So before you start trading, ask yourself this:
a.) What are your achievement goals?
b.) Are your investments going to lose money?
c.) Are you willing to take bigger risks for better profits?
Setting your achievement goals will allow you to know how long you’re willing to wait for a stock to gain profit. It will also give you a limit on how much you’re willing to lose. It will also give you an idea on how to go about investing in a stock.
If you choose a low-return investment, it will mean that either you increase the amount you invest or increase the length of time invested.
After you have made up your mind with the above questions, there are some tips you may want to use to evaluate your trading philosophy.
a.) When to invest. Ordinarily, you want to trade all the time. You get excited when you see shares go up or when they fall down. You make decisions based on a whim and factors that don’t usually affect a stock in the long run. The best traders wait 50% of the time waiting and studying how a stock performs. They do not trade every day and all the time.
b.) Discipline yourself. You are so excited to make trades that you trade on a stock that looks half-decent enough rather than waiting for the best stock to come along.
c.) Small moves big payoffs. Don’t waste time dabbling in so many small stocks with minimal profit. Watch out for big stocks and concentrate on a few.
d.) Do not be too emotional. Making money is exciting. Losing money can get very depressing. Detach yourself from your emotions; otherwise, you won’t be able to look at things objectively.
Trading stocks is a high-risk, high-profit venture. Dabbling in the stock market half-cocked is suicide. Take your time. Study, research and be patient. After all, it’s your money, so it’s your loss.

How do you get the FBI to pay attention?
This is a copy of the email I sent to the FBI, after 2 failed attempts to get help and to tip them off to a potential crime:
I have contacted two of your offices on this and received NO help whatsoever. The Omaha office passed the buck, saying this was an immigration issue and then gave me an 800 number for the Internal Revenue Service. Then I call the Sioux City, Iowa office, and I was treated like I was a damn suspect. I was treated with NO respect and to be quite honest, he acted like a little prick. Which again I think was an attempt to PASS THE BUCK!
The situation/problem: My 18-year old daughter, Jessica Xxxx, recently moved out REFUSING to tell anyone who she was staying with or where she was going. We’ve had problems with her in the past, so there is a BIG trust issue here. I found out last night she was staying in a hotel on Highway XX in Sioux City, Iowa, at the Xxxx Hotel, room XX. I went there last night for an intervention and tried to talk to her privately to make sure that she wasn’t being made to do anything against her will. Needless to say, it wasn’t a successful attempt at intervention. Upon returning home, I find out from my daughter-in-law that Jessica informed her that a Russian guy from Chicago was coming out here and was going to pay her $7500 for marrying him for 2 years, so that he could obtain a green card. Quite frankly, with the way the sex slave trade has been running rampant in America, I do believe that this is more geared towards that type of situation than an immigration issue.
I feel this needs attention immediately, and I will be posting this on the Internet in yahoo and anywhere I can think to post to grab the most attention, until someone from your agency steps up and addresses the issue. This Russian is due to come here on the 12th of February, 2009, which is Thursday, and it’s leaving me with no time. I fear once this guy appears, I will never see my daughter again. Please HELP!!!
Your right it sounds like a scam . I don’t know what resourcees you have but if you can get someone to document what happens just before she marries this guy. Get some pics above everything . I think a priv investigator would be enough to intimidate her not to marry .

It seems to me you can either report this activity to either the FBI if it is a "scam" or to the US Immigration Service.
This website is good for information with scams and who to contact.

This website is the US Immigration Service with even more information.

One reason, best guess, you’ve not received much help is because your child has reached the Age of Majority. It would be an infringement upon her rights if law enforcement were to contact her simply because you want her to come home.
If there is an actual scam involved…INS should be able to help!
Email if you have more questions.
